Young People
A safe space to be heard, understood and supported.
Counselling can help children, pre-teens and teens navigate life's ups and downs, build confidence and feel more in control of their emotions.
Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, using creative, age-appropriate approaches to help you feel more like yourself again.
